By accessing or using services provided by The Memeplex Weaving Company SARL (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide marketing, branding, and community development services. We also develop and operate AI-powered products, including Noor, a personal styling assistant demo available through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

Our services may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to extract data through automated means without permission

AI Services

Our AI-powered products, including Noor, use artificial intelligence to generate responses and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated advice. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website and within our services are the property of The Memeplex Weaving Company SARL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

Content you submit to us (such as images and messages) remains yours. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Memeplex Weaving Company SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
